They keep ringing multiple times a day despite me telling them we’re already sorting out our contract renewal, so we don’t need their help. Then the guy actually said I was fibbing about that, which wasn’t true at all. He was really hostile, laughing and being super disrespectful, so I just ended up hanging up. Later, he rang again and spoke to one of my coworkers to moan about it.
