10 yearsI received a rather dubious call from someone claiming to be from Lloyds Bank, and they even mentioned the first four digits of my debit card. This was already a red flag, since it's unique to my account. They insisted they were attempting to process a refund for some fraudulent transactions that had apparently occurred. They requested that I power up my computer and access my online banking. I promptly ended the call and alerted my bank about the incident. They informed me that they were aware of this particular scam and had received several similar reports, which are currently under investigation. So, it’s a total SCAM!!!
