Fraud department rung me about my credit card. Apparently someone else had phoned their customer service pretending to be me, using my name and card info. They didn’t pass all the security questions, so the staff got suspicious and phoned me to confirm - I hadn’t made any calls. They’ve cancelled my card and are sending a new one. Really pleased I answered the call!!

Creation claimin they're linked to Asda finances have been bombarding me with unasked for letters. I sent them an email askin to be taken off their list, but their responses have been nonsense - pretendin they don't know who I am at all. Ive been sending them back loads of messages in frustration.
