My 92 year old mum keeps getting calls and she has to get up from her chair each time just to answer. I told them to stop bothering her and to take her number off their list, they promised they would but it started all over again the very next day, ringing multiple times daily. Honestly, I’m so angry I just want to grab whoever it is and give them a good telling off. If anything happens to my mum because of these calls, I won’t hold back at all.

I just got off the phone with Asda credit card folks, turns out it's their main office in Birmingham, Creation Finance. I reckon the call is about a payment being late or some mix-up with the amount. Told them they should really list their number online coz not having it up makes them look fishy.

I got two calls from this person. First time, he asked my name and then started talking about some credit card thing with creation [###]. Then he wanted to know my birth date. He said his computer froze and that he’d call again. He rang back a couple more times but I didn’t answer. What’s this all about? Why hasn’t he sent any reminder email about the credit card?

When I called back and told them my missus was seriously unwell and asked why they’d disturb at such a daft hour, they just denied ever calling. This is always their first call each day. Proper idiots, honestly. They ought to be stopped for good.

When I asked what it was about, he wouldn’t give any details, even after I said he could just share general info and how they got our number - cold call or not. He just said the number popped up on his system, so obviously a cold call. Told him to take our number off their list or I’d have to report them to the ICO.
