I picked up the phone and stayed silent, and they just ended the call without saying a word. Quite baffling, really!

I received a rather peculiar call from a woman who pressed me to verify my involvement in an accident that I certainly didn’t cause. Naturally, I inquired about the source of her information, but all she did was regurgitate the same script. Feeling a bit miffed, I insisted she disclose what details they supposedly had and where they sourced them from, given that I haven't been in any mishap whatsoever. She then transferred me to a supervisor, featuring yet another Asian accent, who quickly grasped that I wasn't interested in divulging any details, so he rather hastily ended the conversation. Classic ambulance chasers, if you ask me!
