7 yearsI had an odd phone call during lunchtime today. The number rang just the once. When I picked up, a woman with a voice that seemed to be surrounded by a lot of chatter asked if they were addressing me by name. Her accent was foreign, but I couldn't quite place where it might be from. I assured her that she had indeed reached the right person, and then suddenly, the line went silent. I’ve attempted to ring back multiple times but all I get is what sounds like either a busy signal or a dead line. I haven’t been able to unearth any details about this number apart from its Birmingham area code. I would greatly appreciate any help in uncovering 'who tried to reach me'.
