I got a call from 012127063152 around 11:13 on Monday, but it was just dead silence. It’s the same number that phoned me on the 17th. Last time, a bloke named Alex rang and started asking for all my personal info (not happening). I blocked the number again, but that didn’t seem to stop them. Honestly, don’t bother calling back - it’s a scam, and you’ll get charged loads for the premium number.

Got a ring from this number around 4:45pm on Friday the 16th of November. A bloke named Alex with a weird accent said he was from some group called UK National and that all chats get recorded (sure thing). He asked for me by name, but I told him I was actually my brother and knew nothing about any gas or electric bills or if he was hitched or not. He also asked if the postcode was correct - which it was - but I pretended I didn’t know what it was. He got annoyed, accused me of wasting his time, and just hung up. Not surprised, blocked straight away.

I get calls from these people almost every week. I read somewhere that legally, if you ask them to remove you from their list, they’re supposed to stop ringing, but all they do is hang up and then ring back again. I get so many annoying calls, I even gave them a fake name once, but I guess they passed it on to other dodgy firms. Now, when they ask for someone who doesn’t live here, I just tell them to delete my number because that person isn’t around anymore. It has slowed down a bit, but I still get the odd one.

This is the third call I've had from them today. gotta hand it to them, they really don’t give up. When they started asking about my job, I just told them to "check the box for 'none of your concern'" and they just hung up straight away.
