I got a call from a woman, sounded foreign, kept calling me madam over and over. She claimed to be from BT Open Reach and said there was a big issue with my internet speed. She even called Open Reach ‘the mother of all internet in the UK’, which I thought was a bit funny. I just laughed and then she ended the call straight away.
