I've had three calls today, all claiming there's an urgent problem with my service. This latest one came from a number with a Birmingham code. They use this robotic voice to say my internet will be cut off unless I call them straightaway. It’s a shame they don’t have anyone genuine on the line or even messaged from the real provider. Feels like they’re just trying to empty my wallet, not help me out. I’ve blocked the number now.
