Had a call from a woman with an Asian accent, saying she was from the telephone preference service. I asked a few questions and as soon as I got a bit suspicious, she just ended the call. Pretty obvious it was a scam.

Got a call from a woman claiming she was with TPS, saying my subscription had ended. I pretended to listen and managed to keep her chatting for about 10 minutes. She kept begging me to check my bank details. Try it yourself and see how long they stick around!

somebody with an indian accent called me claiming to be from tps, saying my subscription expired. they said it was free but then asked for my card info to renew it. total scam, don't fall for it!

Got a call from a guy claiming he was from the Telephone Preference Service, but as soon as I asked him if that was true, he just hung up on me. Seriously, Ofcom needs to step up and tighten the rules about how these numbers get given out so easily. It's a right mess!
