Somebody called claiming to be from customs and excise, saying I’ve got a case against me - how cheeky is that? I told them I’ve reported them to the H M R C Ombudsman. They even had the nerve to call again this morning, Saturday at half past eight, but I didn’t pick up. Bet they’ll ring from another number next, I’ll update if anything else happens.
