I got a call from 01216897145 three times within an hour, with someone claiming my wife had a car crash. Thing is, I’m not married at all! After the third call, I told them I’m on the TPS list and their calls are illegal. I’ve now reported the number for nuisance.

Got a call from someone called Shan Ali using this number. He didn’t mention any company but said I’d been in a car crash (which actually happened) and claimed to be representing the other party. When I told him to speak to my insurance instead, he wouldn’t and just kept pressing me for details on the incident. Definitely seems like some sort of total ambulance chaser.

I received a call from a Birmingham number, but I don’t recognise anyone from the area. They didn’t leave any voicemail either. It’s odd because my own number seems to be unfamiliar to so many people.
