Someone called me claiming they could cut my pension fees or increase my life insurance. I asked, "Who exactly are you from?" They kept replying, "We partner with Aviva, L&G..." I pressed again, "No, but what’s your company’s name?" and got the same answer. So I asked, "Do you even know what life insurance I currently have, if any?" Pretty clear they had no clue. Just a bunch of guesswork and annoying calls.
