This guy called up claiming he could lower my life insurance payments. He started off saying I was paying £18 a month, but when I corrected him, he dropped it to £10. Then he went on about me having Aviva for coverage. I told him he was talking rubbish and next thing I know, he just cut me off. Not very persistent and definitely could use some proper training.
