This chap claimed he could cut down my life insurance costs. Initially, he insisted I was shelling out £18 a month. When I corrected him, he then switched it to £10. He mentioned that I was with Aviva, but I quickly pointed out he was talking nonsense. He abruptly ended the call on me! Not much persistence there-clearly in need of a bit more training if you ask me!
