Someone called from LJC claiming to be with O2 asked if I wanted a new contract. When I said if it was really O2 they'd know when my current deal ends, they said they couldn’t because of data protection rules. I asked them to email me the details, but they said they couldn’t do that either. So I just said thanks and hung up.

Claimed she was ringing from L.C.H.I. and even mentioned a £500 off deal for any future work if someone came round to give a free, no strings quote. I'm fed up with these jokers, they rang me at 12:46 on Good Friday and I reported them to the TPS by 12:50 the same day. There's no way I'll be getting any home improvements from them.
