It’s just another one of those scams, honestly. Wish the government would step up and actually try to find and stop these fraudsters.

It’s definitely a scam pretending to be HMRC! These nasty scammers are out to drain your bank account and probably find it hilarious. Don’t tolerate any of it - make sure you tell ACTION FRAUD by calling 0300 123 2040 or check their website for info. If more of us speak up now, it’ll make a difference and protect vulnerable and older folks from getting ripped off.

Just got a call from 0121 667 2383 claiming to be HMRC, total scam! Luckily, I recognised it straight away and blocked the number. Proud to say this pensioner’s still sharp as ever!
