Got a call from a lady with an Indian accent about a loft insulation survey. She seemed clueless about how deep the insulation should be and mentioned nothing about keeping vented edges clear. I quickly realised she wasn’t from any proper accredited company. Told her she might want to call a real installer instead and that I wasn’t interested in some scam from a call centre in India. Then she just hung up on me.
