I've had numerous calls from this number.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from O2, trying to entice me with a promise of a 30% reduction on my phone bill. However, as soon as I mentioned that I don’t use O2 services, they abruptly disconnected the line. Quite suspicious, isn’t it?
