Received a call earlier today, 7th January 2020. There was no answer when I picked up. The voice had a distinctly American twang. I'm certain it's just a nuisance caller - shows up as ‘Unknown’ on my phone.

I received a couple of calls around lunchtime, and each time there was silence on the line, leading to them hanging up after about five seconds. When I attempted to ring the number back, it turned out to be some sort of automated opt-out service.
