They lure people in with enticingly low premiums, but it seems their true aim is to con individuals out of their hard-earned money. When you ask for an address, they conveniently claim their offices are closed. After you hand over your payment, don’t expect to receive any insurance documentation - that’s a no-go. If you persist and kick up a fuss, you might just obtain a flimsy cover note, but nothing more. I’ve learned that this operation is managed by three characters from Wolverhampton: Clive Porter, Jag Singh, and Kully Singh. There’s also another chap, Jay, who issues the payment receipts, and he runs his own hairdressing salon in Hampstead Village, known as 'The Village Salon' (0121 659 8376).
