I got a call from 01216542941 saying they were from BT about my internet. When I rang BT myself, they said it wasn’t their number. It's meant to be a landline in Birmingham but it turns out it's actually an overseas number pretending to be local. Definitely felt like they were fishing for my bank info.

Got a call from someone saying they were with BT about my internet. They started off talking about issues with slow speeds, then went on about detecting some kind of harmful signals. They asked me to switch on my computer, but I just said no.

Got a call from someone saying they’re from BT about my internet, but it felt a bit dodgy. Not sure if it was legit or just some scammer.

Somebody rang me saying they were from BT about my internet. When I said I didn’t have a computer, they called me a liar and started swearing at me. It got really nasty with some pretty harsh language.
