Received a call from an unfamiliar number in the Birmingham region. Picked up the phone, but there was utter silence on the other end. Quite peculiar, to say the least!

I picked up the phone, but there was nothing but silence on the other end before they hung up straight away. I tried ringing back three times, but each attempt either led to a busy signal or the line was completely silent. It’s pretty clear this is some sort of con artist at play.
