They asked for me using my full name, but I didn’t give anything away. Said they were from CFS working for Greenfield Recovery. I found it fishy and didn’t trust them. Took a message anyway. When I looked up the number, all I found were negative reviews. Searching the name led me to a company, but with a completely different contact. The caller, who said he was Tylo Townsend, was the only link to Greenfield Recovery. I’m fairly sure it was a scam. Nothing in my business would suggest I’d get calls like that.

A posh sounding woman with a British accent wanted to speak to my director by their first name, but the moment I asked who was calling, she just ended the call right away.

The person on the line was muttering when I wanted to know who it was. I asked them to say it again and they just cut off. Seems like a dodgy scam to me!!!

Got a call yday from someone saying they’re with HMRC, started asking all kinda stuff about my bank accounts, some business loans and bonuses and all that.

I've had three calls in the past fortnight from this number, but they don't bother to say anything before abruptly ending the call. Very strange indeed!

They never mentioned the firm’s name (seemed like it was that CFS lot people talk about), but wanted to speak to our director. Claimed it was something to do with finances, but when I told them I'm the finance manager, they said they’d just email instead - I’m not holding my breath tho. Definitely a scam, but luckily our director wouldn’t have been fooled even if they got through!

Got a call from Anne, then Riley from CFS. Proper rude, kept stumbling over their words. Had to ask them to say stuff again like 4 or 5 times. They mentioned the MD’s name, said it was about some secret legal thing. Threatened to show up at the office in a few days if i didn’t connect them. They hung up but rang back. Was kinda amusing watching them get all flustered when I started asking questions.
