Someone rang me saying they were from my internet company, mentioned the name and all, saying my internet was being used without permission. They started telling me what steps to take. Honestly, I doubt any proper provider would phone like that. Don’t get fooled by those calls! Just say you’ll ring your provider to check and then hang up. After he finished speaking I stayed quiet for a bit, then I heard no more background noise from their “call centre” so I ended the call.
