just got a call from this birmingham city number on my landline, but luckily the answerphone picked up so i didnt have to. they didnt leave any message either. was thinking about ringing back, but after reading the comments here im gonna give it a miss. better safe than sorry!

I’m receiving calls from this number quite frequently-generally twice a day. I haven’t picked up even once. It would be lovely if they could cease the incessant ringing. I've registered with the Telephone Preference Service, so these unsolicited calls should really be a thing of the past.

I picked up the phone and a woman claimed she wanted to speak to me by name, mentioning she was calling from “First Choice.” She started off all polite, asking how I was doing. Pretty sure it was just a cold call, so I just hung up. They called again later but didn’t bother leaving any voicemail.
