I received a rather curious phone call from this number earlier today. The caller claimed to be from a home security firm that was apparently active in our locality and wanted to schedule an interview with an advisor. However, we’re registered with the Telephone Preference Service! What struck me as odd was that they had my partner's name, yet obviously did not realise that the phone wasn’t registered in her name. It does make one wonder how they acquired our contact details, doesn't it?
