I received a rather distressing call this evening. Unfortunately, my mobile signal has been abysmal inside the house. Just as I stepped outside to make a proper call, the line dropped! This rather rude lady called back, accusing me of hanging up on her. We genuinely apologised and clarified what had transpired, yet she flew into a tirade, claiming I wasn’t cut out for the job and then abruptly ended the conversation! We tried ringing back, but to no avail. I’m planning to give it another go tomorrow, as I’m quite frustrated with the whole situation!

It's rather amusing how some individuals carry themselves, as if they're the be-all and end-all of the universe. We happened to miss their call and when we tried getting in touch again, they completely ignored us. I can't help but wonder what's going through their minds.
