Got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent saying he was with BT Openreach about my internet router. Claimed they’d spotted a fault with it and said it was “their responsibility” to fix it. Thing is, we don’t even use a BT router. When I asked to talk to his manager, he said he’d ring back later. Does sound a bit dodgy, like one of those scams.
