Got a call from a woman with a thick accent and loads of background noise like a busy call centre. She claimed to be from BT saying my PC was hacked and that she could fix it if I let her control my computer remotely. I told her I’m not even a BT customer and called her out on lying, which made her shout back, calling me a liar instead! It's ridiculous how these scammers keep bombarding us - really wish there was a way to crack down on them.
