It's quite the nuisance, especially as blocking private numbers isn't an option, and I rely on private calls from the NHS as well.

The same person phoned me on this number and then quickly called again but with a private number. The caller was nasty and pushy, so I’ve blocked them now.

Not long after, he called again and spat out, 'You listen to me, you absolute disgrace...' before I managed to cut him off. In the following 17 minutes, he bombarded my phone with a whopping 33 calls from both a Birmingham number and one that was withheld. Truly bizarre behaviour!

Claimed to be from our life insurance company, but the phone calls are incessant - sometimes up to eight times consecutively from various numbers! Some come up as 'Unknown', a few show 'No Caller ID', and then there's this particular number. As I write this, they’re on their tenth attempt in a row to get through! If they were truly a legitimate life insurance firm, I'm absolutely convinced they wouldn’t pester us like this! It’s undeniably a scam!
