I've had enough of the British Gas complaints team! They’ve been informed countless times that I do not wish to receive any phone calls. I even received confirmation from the office of their director, Mark Hodges, stating categorically that their agents would not contact me or send me correspondence regarding smart meters or boiler promotions. Yet, here I am, receiving multiple letters at once and persistent phone calls despite being assured that all my information had been purged from their marketing lists.
