This number has rung me up a couple of times, shows as from Birmingham (0121 area code) but claims to be from the UK. Every time I picked up, there was a delay of about 10 seconds before anyone spoke. First it was a bloke then a lady, both times telling me I had issues with my internet - which is completely not true. Proper dodgy, so I'm ignoring them for good.
