Got a call from a bloke with an accent, claiming there was some trouble with TalkTalk and he was there to sort it out. When I mentioned I was waiting for the engineer to arrive, he got all annoyed. Then, as I told him I was busy, he sounded a bit rude and pushy. Not a pleasant chat at all.

got a call from someone acting like they were from talk-talk, just a proper pain, honestly.

I answered the call and there was silence for about 10 seconds, then an automated voice just said “goodbye”. Pretty sure it was a scam, maybe pretending to be TalkTalk since I am one of their broadband users too.
