I received a call from someone purporting to be from BT, claiming there was an issue with my internet connection. He insisted that if I adhered to his guidance, he could resolve the problem. The gentleman had an Asian accent, and the line was quite dreadful with considerable background chatter.

I received a rather dubious call from a lady sporting a pronounced Asian accent, purporting to be from BT. She insisted that our internet had been breached by someone overseas. I must admit, I found her claims quite hard to swallow!
