Does anyone happen to know who might be calling from this number?

A bloke just rang me, saying he was from Legal & General, trying to help me cut down on expenses because of the recession and all. I asked him for a contact number or an email, but he refused to give me either. I told him I'd get in touch with L & G myself tomorrow to follow up on this “great” opportunity to lower my bills. I’m pretty sure they’ll connect me straight to this amazing advisor… or not, haha!
