7 yearsThis morning I got two calls from what sounded like a scammer, one at 8:31 and another around 8:43. Both were exactly the same - a recorded message warning that my internet would be cut off in 24 hours because of some suspicious activity on the server. They said to press 1 to talk to a ‘tech expert’. The first call came from a Birmingham area code. If you ever receive something like this, don’t press 1, just end the call straight away.
