The person on the other end claimed there was some kind of “Apple i-pad order” linked to my account and insisted I get in touch with them to sort out a refund. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this sort of call - lately I’ve been getting loads about supposed orders on my account that apparently need refunding, but none of them have been real.
