Got a call supposedly from Sky, but the bloke never even asked for my name. He just jumped straight in asking if I was having any problems with Sky. The line was awful, loads of crackles from his headset, so I could barley hear him. Then he just ended the call and never called me back. After waiting a bit, I rang him again, and he did pick up saying he was from Sky. Definitely felt off, and I'm sure it was a total scam call.
