Got a call from someone claiming to be with Virgin Media, sounded Asian but not like the Filipino voices you usually get. Said they wanted to test my broadband speed because there were issues nearby. Asked me to open my browser and go to some weird httpi/ link. I didn’t bother typing it in or even writing it down. Told her I wasn’t comfortable with it and felt a bit iffy about the whole thing. She admitted plenty of others felt the same and then just ended the call, but in a chill way, not rude or anything.
