Got a message asking me to schedule a delivery slot from 07860020123. They included a parcel order number but didn’t say what the item was, just threw in an email for Premier Deliveries. The website looked bizarre - kept switching languages and showed addresses all over the place, from Bilton to Birmingham and even Los Angeles. The parcel number didn’t show up either. They list 0121 5688878 as their phone number, but when I called, it said wait time was 6 minutes. After reading some reviews, I just hung up.

I tried to cancel a bed I bought but haven’t heard back yet. I emailed to cancel roughly an hour after placing the order, but I’m still getting messages from their delivery team asking me to pick a delivery date. I’ve also tried calling, but the number that sends the texts doesn’t seem to be valid. I paid cash on delivery since they didn’t offer card payment, so now I’m worried they’ll still send the bed and charge me a cancellation fee. Honestly, if that happens, I’ll have a few choice words to share about them!

They told me to wait 6 mins but after 20 mins it was still ringing. Just try to fob you off when you ask to make a complaint. They’re really quick to take your money but changing bed delivery dates? Not so much.

The gent who brought my stuff from this place was absolutely brilliant. Proper helpful and even lugged all 5 boxes up to my flat since I was alone, plus he made sure I checked every package was there. Honestly, he was just fantastic. I’d read some reviews earlier today that had me worried about getting my bed at all, but honestly, the service blew me away. Couldn't be more pleased!

Steer clear of this firm! Sent me the wrong bed and actually laughed when I pointed it out, proper rude! The headboard won’t fit the base and to top it off, the base is torn to bits!!! So angry, what a total rip-off!!!
