My elderly mum, who’s 90, got absolutely terrified when she answered the phone and heard about some supposed court case that could only be resolved by pressing 1. Luckily, she’s a tough old bird and didn’t hold back, telling them exactly what she thought of their so-called summons. The weird part was it was a recorded message, so fingers crossed no one heard her colourful language!
