Got a call from someone claiming to be from London saying my Amazon Prime membership was up. Thing is, I don’t even have Amazon Prime! I pretended to go along with it just to see what they’d do next. They tried to get me to let them into my computer using some sketchy link that started with GG.GGP. Stay clear of these lot - it’s a total scam!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from London, telling me my Amazon Prime had run out (I don't even have an account!). I decided to humour him for a bit. Then he asked to access my computer using some weird address like GG.GGP.
STAY AWAY - TOTAL SCAM.

The caller claimed to be from Sandwell Council, but I didn’t hand over any info. If I get a letter in the post, then maybe they were legit :/
