SCAM ALERT - Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent claiming to be from BT Openreach. Classic tech support scam. He asked me to open my IP address in a browser, said mine was being accessed from some place in "Mountain View, California." I reckon that’s just the location for some IP locator site, but didn’t bother digging deeper. Then he pushed me to download TeamViewer, which is the usual trick with these tech support scams. Stay well clear!
