Received a call claiming to be from Cogent, but there are numerous firms with that name across the UK, so I couldn't pinpoint who it was. The caller was an Indian gentleman; when I didn’t respond, he abruptly stated he was hanging up and wished me well-which just felt rather dodgy all round.
