I received a rather dubious call from someone claiming to be John, who professed to represent BT Openreach and insisted there were problems with my router. I didn't hesitate to block this charlatan immediately!

Some bloke called saying he was from BT Openreach, but little did he know we've got an official number for them which isn't that one. Might've been unlucky for 'John' trying that trick!
