I called them back and got some robotic message saying they were with the credit card fraud department. Didn’t bother staying on, just hung up and blocked the number straight away!

Got a call from a lady with an East Asian accent, the line was awful and kept cutting out, saying something about my Sky Wifi being “hacked” and used without permission. Sounds dodgy to me, probably some kind of scam. I just ended the call. Plus, the number wasn’t even connected to any official Sky branch I could find. Total rubbish.
