Got a call from 0121 532 4297, and lots of folks on "Who Called Me" reckon it's from Sandwell Hospital. Since I've got an appointment there Saturday, I got a bit worried at first. But then I remembered it's a Virgin Media number which is usually private. After ringing the hospital, they told me it’s just a "Dummy Number" they use so people cant call back, to stop the switchboard getting flooded!

I’d been waiting for this treatment, so I cancelled my plans and went to the appointment. When I got there, nobody had a clue about it. I then went straight to my GP, who also had no info on any appointment. Spent all morning and caught three buses for absolutely nothing. I’m at a loss to find anyone who can assist with this terrible lack of organisation, especially for an elderly person like me.
