rang me claiming to be from virgin media saying there was an issue with my internet signal and asked me to check the colour lights on my router. they then wanted info about how many gadgets were connected like laptops or tablets. when i asked which section of virgin media they were from they said technical support. i requested some proof of my account info before going any further and they just ended the call. seems dodgy, probably a scam trying to get personal data.
