just a heads up about the number - they’re not showing their actual caller ID. i tried ringing it back but it said the number doesn’t exist. this goes against the telecommunications act 1984 and ofcom rules. try to play along with them but don’t give out real info. ask questions about their company, maybe even their registration number, before you carry on the call. when you think you’ve got enough details, report it to the ico, ofcom, and tps.
