I picked up the phone since it showed a Birmingham number. The lady on the other end claimed someone told them I’d been in a car crash and it wasn’t my fault. I played along and said yes, hoping to waste some time on my lunch break, but she ended up just hanging up on me! I’ve blocked the number since. What a load of rubbish.

Got a call from someone claiming to be the Allstate Helpline. They said I'd been in a car crash that wasn’t my fault or something like that. When I asked, the person said they were calling from Birmingham, UK, with an English accent. I told them I’m on the TPS and they just kept arguing, insisting on cold calling me anyway. Proper annoying.
